Ten years in. One reason to start over.

Founder of Against All Odds Security

Our founder spent more than a decade inside the private security industry — working posts, leading teams, and watching the same problems repeat at company after company.

Officers were treated as numbers. Leadership was absent. Standards bent to whatever a contract would allow. Clients were paying for security and getting a uniform on a chair.

Against All Odds Security was started to do it differently. Respect the people doing the work. Operate with integrity. Show up the same way every shift. Earn the trust of every client, one post at a time.

Through our Community Assistance & Redirection Program, we connect unhoused individuals on or near our sites with housing and resources instead of just moving them along. It keeps the property safer and treats people with the respect they deserve.
